How do I order a pickup?
Email us the full address for the pickup as well as your name, the pickup date, and contact phone number. Pickups generally take three business days.

How do I order an install?
We have an order form you can find on the home page as well as an online shop. Orders placed after 5pm will be processed the following business day.

How will I know my install is completed?
Our installer will text a photo of the installed post or call you if necessary.

How can I get my signs to you?
You can email us at candmsignpost@gmail.com to coordinate a pickup or shipping your sign to us.

I have questions about billing.

What happens if my post is installed incorrectly?
We will fix it as soon as possible at no charge.

What if I change my mind about post placement / order details after installation?
If accessories are added or removed, we charge for mileage and any additional accessories. If the post needs moved, we charge for mileage and installation (but not for pre-existing accessories).

What if I want to cancel?
You can cancel prior to installation by texting the main number: 360-448-3020
